We Tried the Best Donuts in The Hamptons

Donut tease us with a good time! Kelly Killoren Bensimon is headed to The Hamptons in a new Travel with Us series and her first stop – Grindstone Coffee and Donuts — will have your mouth watering. Bensimon boarded a Wheels Up plane and got to the eastern end of Long Island in no time. Watch the video above to see her taste test all the delicious treats and even try her hand at making them!

The coffee shop, which sells more than 2,000 donuts a day in peak season, is located on the historic Main Street in Sag Harbor, New York. Celebs like Chrissy Teigen, Ina Garten and Giada De Laurentiis frequent the Hamptons’ bakery. Us Weekly host and self-proclaimed donut lover Bensimon asked, “Why are these donuts so good?”
“Well [they’re] brioche donuts. It’s a French dough, there’s a lot of butter, but it’s all real stuff. Its European style, 83 percent butter-fat-butter,” owner Kyle Shanahan explained. “We’re just very conscious of everything that goes into them. This is an A-plus market, so we need A-plus ingredients.”

Paris Hilton’s dogs are living a life of luxury. The heiress-turned-DJ shared new photos of her pets’ decadent villa in the backyard of her L.A. estate, and it’s the most incredible doghouse you’ve ever seen.

“My dogs live in this two-story doggy mansion that has air conditioning, heating, designer furniture, and a chandelier. Loves it,” the 36-year-old tweeted on Friday, August 25, along with three photos of the digs.

In one snap, a miniature pincher stands on the edge of balcony, while two others pooches play on the grass inside the cast-iron fence. The home features a human-sized door, so it’s large enough for Hilton to go inside to play with her furry friends. The inside is painted pink, naturally, and features some leather-looking couches, bean bags, doggy beds and a cabinet. She also posted an up-close photo of the black chandelier, which also gave a glimpse of the dogs’ AC unit, crown moldings and a fancy staircase. The 300-square-foot pad is reportedly decorated by Faye Resnick with furniture designed by Philippe Starck.

And while Wilson called Caspe, 38, a “wonderful father,” the duo agreed that they will not have a third child. “This will be the final one,” she told Us. “I grew up with two siblings and so did my husband and I feel like, for us, and especially for me personally, just with a career, I would be maxed out at two in terms of my threshold.”

She continued: “I'm not a pregnant person that has a glow about them. I absolutely love babies, but I don't love being pregnant.”

Wilson and Caspe met on the set of the ABC comedy Happy Endings (which he created) in 2011. The duo got engaged September 2013 and tied the knot in Ojai, California, in May 2014.
